Colliers facilitates the investment sale of a medical office building in Easley

John Folsom, Matthew Pollard and Macy Scoggins of Colliers | South Carolina represented Radar Doctors LLC in the sale of 832 Powdersville Road to Chass Holdings LLC. This approximately 3,400-square-foot medical office building is located off of Calhoun Memorial Highway in Easley, South Carolina and is leased by a grade A medical user.
The property was brought to market as a dark investment following the tenant’s decision to cease operations in the space. The medical tenant had nine years remaining on its lease, offering long-term income potential. Given the vacancy and the unique profile of the asset, the assignment required strategic outreach to investors experienced with medical office risk. Colliers was selected for its proven track record with similar transactions and its ability to effectively position the opportunity to a targeted pool of qualified buyers. Leveraging this expertise, Folsom, Pollard and Scoggins generated multiple competitive offers within days of listing and successfully closed the transaction just 45 days after launching it to the market.
