Colliers International’s Kim Butler is Named Director of Office Property Management

COLUMBIA, SC – Colliers International announces the appointment of Kim Butler, CPM, to the position of Director of Office Property Management. Butler joined Colliers International in 2006 as a Commercial Property Manager and was promoted to Senior Property Manager in 2012.
“Kim is a tremendous asset to the Colliers Property Management Division and has done an excellent job in servicing two of our signature high-rise office properties. Her expertise in the management of office buildings will be highly leveraged in this newly created position,” said Brett Earp, CCIM, Vice President, Property Management Services | South Carolina.
As Director of Office Property Management, Butler will provide oversight of Colliers’ managers of office properties and will be responsible for the implementation of best practices across the Company’s office portfolio statewide.
