Colliers International’s Tripp Bradley and Henry Moore Awarded CCIM Designation

COLUMBIA, SC – Tripp Bradley and Henry Moore of Colliers International were awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the CCIM Institute.  A CCIM is a recognized expert in commercial and investment real estate.

Bradley is a Senior Brokerage Associate of Colliers International specializing in retail land and retail site selection brokerage. He was the recipient of the 2011 and 2012 Colliers International South Carolina Transaction of the Year Award and the 2011 and 2012 Colliers International South Carolina Superior Achievement Award.  In addition, Bradley received the 2012 CoStar Power Broker Award and the 2012 Central Carolina REALTORS® Association Transaction of the Year Award.  He is a Life Member of the Central Carolina REALTORS® Association’s Circle of Excellence.  

Moore is a Senior Brokerage Associate and focuses on representing local companies and corporate entities and institutions in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of office properties with a specific concentration on tenant representation within the Columbia market.  In 2010, 2011 and 2012, Henry was awarded a Power Broker Award by CoStar for finishing each year as a top five leasing agent in the Columbia market. In 2011, the Central Carolina REALTORS® Association awarded Henry the Transaction of the Year Award.  In 2012, Henry was awarded a Superior Achievement Award for total production volume and ranked as one of the top four producing Colliers associates in South Carolina.  He is also a Life Member of the Central Carolina REALTORS® Association’s Circle of Excellence.
