GREENVILLE, SC – Colliers International announced Independence Corporate Park located on Independence Boulevard in Greenville, South Carolina, is completely leased. Bob Shaw, SIOR, is the leasing agent while Amy Campbell, CPM, is the property manager for the Park.
Colliers International is the leasing and property management company for Independence Corporate Park. The Park is a seven building Class A office park totaling 300,733 square feet; Buildings 1 and 7 are LEED certified. ICP is ideally located at the intersection of I-85 and I-385 and less than ten minutes from Downtown Greenville.
