Colliers International Announces Peter Fennelly, MCR, SIOR as Charleston Market President

CHARLESTON, SC – May 8, 2014 – Colliers International’s Peter Fennelly, MCR, SIOR has been appointed to the position of Charleston Market President. Fennelly has been associated with Colliers in Charleston for over 12 years and in 2008, he became a partner and Senior Vice President. In addition to his management responsibilities, he specializes in the leasing of office and industrial properties, representing both landlords and tenants. During his time at Colliers, he has completed over 12 million square feet of real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Colliers in Charleston, Fennelly worked for Colliers in San Diego and for The Staubach Company in Atlanta, Georgia.

Fennelly has been recognized for his outstanding achievement having received the 2011, 2012 and 2013 Colliers International “Everest Award” which is given annually to the top performing brokers across the United States. Additionally, Fennelly received the 2010 Walter M. Keenan Award, an honor presented annually to the firm’s leading producer in South Carolina.

Fennelly is active in the community serving as Vice Chair of the City of Folly Beach Design & Review Board and as a Trustee for the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) Foundation. He is a member of Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), NAIOP and CoreNet.
