Colliers International awarded assignment for sublease of two floors at 201 Sigma Drive

Up to 35,000 square feet of Class A office space in the desirable Nexton mixed-use development now available for sublease, including 25,000 square feet with state-of-the-art, modern furniture.

Colliers International’s Mark Erickson, SIOR has been awarded the assignment for marketing and subleasing two floors totaling 35,000 square feet of office space in 201 Sigma Drive, a Class A, LEED® Gold office building in the Nexton mixed-use development. The floors can be subdivided, with suites starting from 4,000 square feet.
