Colliers International awarded leasing assignment for Fresh Market-anchored shopping center in Northeast Columbia

Shoppes at Two Notch looking for final tenant to join Zoë’s Kitchen, MOD Pizza and Pet Supermarket

COLUMBIA, SC – Colliers International has been awarded the leasing assignment for the final 3,725 square feet available at The Shoppes at Two Notch in northeast Columbia, SC, the city’s premier retail market. Colliers’ Tripp Bradley, CCIM will manage the leasing assignment for the Fresh Market-anchored shopping center, which is located across the street from The Village at Sandhill.

While it is still under construction with a delivery date in Summer 2016, The Shoppes at Two Notch has already had Zoë’s Kitchen, MOD Pizza and Pet Supermarket commit to the center.

The center’s location in the Northeast Columbia market makes it highly desirable for retailers. In particular, the Two Notch retail corridor, where The Shoppes at Two Notch is located, has been rapidly expanding. Strong residential growth and a strengthening economy in the area have attracted numerous retailers such as Sam’s Club, which has a new location under construction across the street from The Shoppes.
