Colliers International awarded management and leasing assignment of 1971 & 1977 Legrand Road

Colliers International | South Carolina announced its Real Estate Management Services (REMS) and brokerage divisions have been awarded the property management and leasing of 23,200 square feet of commercial flex space located at 1971 and 1977 Legrand Road in Columbia, SC.
“We are excited to have been awarded the property management assignment,” said Thomas Scarborough, Property Manager. “The property is easily accessible off Highway 277 and I-77 and offers a great location for smaller flex tenant needs.”
From Colliers, Scarborough will serve as the Property Manager for the property, while Tommy Johnson, Vice President, and Hunter Suggs, Brokerage Associate, will represent the client in the leasing of the remaining flex/warehouse space within the buildings.
1971 and 1977 Legrand Road consists of approximately 23,200 square feet of flexible space within two buildings in a small office/warehouse park in Northeast Columbia. The park sits on 5.72 acres, with the ability to accommodate a third building of approximately 15,000 square feet. The property fronts on both Legrand Road and Interstate 77, creating the opportunity for businesses in the park to maximize their exposure.
