Colliers International breaks 10 million Square Feet Mark in Property Management

COLUMBIA, SC – Colliers International has expanded its South Carolina property management portfolio with the addition of numerous properties in the third quarter. The property management portfolio now exceeds 10.6 million square feet, which makes the firm the largest provider of property management services in the state of South Carolina. Recent additions include:

• Synergy Executive Park, a five office building portfolio totaling 311,382 square feet in Columbia.
• Stoneridge Office Park, a three office building portfolio totaling 185,094 square feet in Columbia.
• Stephenson Center, a 107,500 square foot office property consisting of three buildings in Columbia.
• Park Central and Park East, an asset management assignment for a twelve office building portfolio totaling 569,842 square feet in Greenville.
• 3191 Ashley Phosphate Road, an industrial property totaling 246,995 square feet in Charleston.

Along with the statewide growth of managed properties, Colliers has added numerous professional staff including: a director of office properties, two property managers, two property administrators, four maintenance technicians and one property accountant.

Colliers is an Accredited Management Organization (AMO) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and employs 18 property managers, seven of which hold the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation as well as project managers who hold the PMP and LEED AP BD+C designations.
