COLUMBIA, SC – Colliers International has expanded its South Carolina real estate management portfolio with the addition of a number of properties in the first and second quarters of 2015. The company’s portfolio now exceeds 12 million square feet, which makes the firm the largest provider of commercial real estate management services in the state of South Carolina.
The statewide portfolio is comprised of 45% industrial, 41% office and 14% retail properties. Colliers International is an IREM Accredited Management Organization. With offices located in Charleston, Columbia and Greenville, Colliers employs 16 property managers with an average of over 22 years’ real estate management experience,12 support personnel and 23 maintenance technicians as well as 6 property accounting staff.
