Colliers International brings speculative industrial building to 100% occupancy for Magnus Development Partners

Class A industrial space developed by Magnus Development Partners in West Columbia brought to full occupancy before construction is completed.

Colliers International’s Chuck Salley, SIOR, Dave Mathews, SIOR and Thomas Beard represented the landlord, Magnus Development Partners, in the leasing of 170,000 square feet of warehouse space at Midway Logistics III to Garden State Lumber and 30,000 square feet to Scholastic Book Fairs.

“The Midway Logistics III building is Magnus Development Partners’ newest Class A building in the Columbia market and was 100% leased before construction was completed,” said Kevin Werner, Founding Partner of Magnus Development Partners. “The success of this building will allow us to focus on delivering the next speculative building within the park. This building currently under design will also be a 200,000-square-foot Class A tilt-up facility located adjacent to Midway Logistics III.”

Midway Logistics III is a 200,000-square-foot industrial building located at 810 Bistline Drive in the Lexington County Industrial Park in West Columbia, SC. The site is a prime distribution location, easily accessible off Highway 321 and less than a mile from Columbia’s network of interstates, connecting it to the Southeast and beyond.
