Colliers International Brings The Process to 3137 Forest Drive

COLUMBIA, SC – May 7, 2014 – Colliers International’s John Sellers and Tommy Tapp, CPM negotiated a lease for The Process, for 3137 Forest Drive. Sellers and Tapp represented the landlord, Commercial and Industrial Development Company, LLC, in the transaction.
The Process is a full service beauty salon which will open after extensive renovations to the building. The salon is managed and owned by Barri Thompson.
