GREENVILLE, SC – Colliers International’s Givens Stewart, SIOR and Richard Jackson brokered a $7.8 million acquisition for Exeter Investments. The 202,104 square foot building is located at 15 Tyger River Road in Duncan, South Carolina. Stewart and Jackson represented the buyer, Exeter Investments in the transaction
