COLUMBIA, SC – Colliers International’s Victor “Buddy” John represented the purchaser in the sale of the 14,610 square-foot shopping center adjacent to a new 127,000 square-foot Kroger Grocery store in Milledgeville, GA. Montgomery Plaza, built in 2015, is anchored by Navicent Health. Other tenants include Great Clips, Biba’s Italian Restaurant and Diva Nails.
