Colliers International brokers lease renewal for law firm

Colliers international’s Henry Roe and Allen Wilkerson represented the landlord in renewing the lease for Brock & Scott PLLC Attorneys at Law at 3800 Fernandina Road in the St. Andrews submarket of Columbia. Brock & Scott has seventeen offices across a ten-state region. The St. Andrews market continues to see growing office demand due to its proximity to Irmo, Lexington and downtown.
