Colliers International brokers receive prestigious national recognition

Chuck Salley, SIOR, and Garrett Scott, of Colliers International South Carolina, were named to Colliers International’s USA’s 2017 Everest Club. The prestigious Everest Club award recognizes the top ten percent of all Colliers professionals in brokerage, valuation and Corporate Solutions across the Americas based on revenue production.

Salley is Vice President and Director of Industrial Brokerage Team of Colliers’ office in Columbia and is a Principal of the company. He specializes in the leasing of industrial properties and represents both landlords and tenants in leasing, sales, build-to-suit, site acquisition, investment sales and consulting.

Scott is Vice President of Colliers and specializes in the leasing, sales and development advisory services for industrial properties across the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson market. He provides clients with a unique perspective to their real estate decisions focusing not only on the transaction, but also on how it can make them money by capitalizing on the operational abilities that a building and location offers.
