Colliers International brokers sale of 1233 Washington Street for a new hotel development

Colliers International | South Carolina’s Henry Roe and Allen Wilkerson represented the seller of 1233 Washington Street. The seller, RealOp Investments, is a Greenville-based commercial real estate investment firm.
With the completion of this sale, Roe and Wilkerson have completed over $40,000,000 worth of sales and leasing transactions for RealOp Investments in the last 14 months.
