COLUMBIA, SC – Colliers International’s Tripp Bradley brokered the sale of 1.15 acres located at Highway 378 and St. Peters Church Road in Lexington, South Carolina. Bradley represented the owner of the property in the $455,000 sale to Queen Street, LLC.
Bradley is a Senior Brokerage Associate of Colliers International specializing in retail land and retail site selection brokerage.
