COLUMBIA, SC – Colliers International’s Chuck Salley, SIOR and Dave Mathews, SIOR completed the $1.55 million sale of the 42,000 square foot industrial building located at 414 Rivermont Drive in Columbia, South Carolina to Richland-Lexington Riverbanks Parks District. Salley and Mathews represented the buyer, Richland-Lexington Riverbanks Parks District in the transaction.
