Colliers International Completes Lease for the South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants

COLUMBIA, SC – May 12, 2014 – Colliers International’s Bill Sargent, CCIM, represented the South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants in leasing office space at Brookland Place located at 1300 12th Street in Cayce, South Carolina. Brookland Place is a 12,000 square foot class A office property located near the intersection of 12th Street and Knox Abbott Drive. The CPA Association leased 5,555 square feet. John Sellers and Tommy Tapp, CPM of Colliers International represented the landlord, Bingham Properties, LLC in the transaction. The South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants will be relocating to Brookland Place in the fall of 2014.
