• Ryan McCue represented the buyer in the purchase of 179 acres in Clarks Hill, SC for $275,000 from the Estate of Rosamond W. Crafton.
• Ryan McCue represented the buyer in the purchase of 79 acres off of Tiger Lane in Eastover, SC for $146,150from The Hangar LLC.

Greenville, SC

• Frank Hammond, CCIM, CPM represented Excess Space Retail Services, Inc. in the lease of 4,664 square feet of office space at 3227 Augusta Road to Beauty Mart.
• Garrett Scott, SIOR, John Montgomery, Brockton Hall, Brantley Anderson and Taylor Allen represented Dietz & Watson, Inc. in the sale of 11 Task Industrial Court for $610,000 to Palmetto State Glass, Inc.
• Frank Hammond, CCIM, CPM represented Redbird Investments LLC in the sale of 0.56 acres of land at 821 S. Main Street for $2.1 million to Greenville Main Investments, LLC.
