• Tommy Tapp, CPM represented Bellios Properties LLC in the lease renewal of retail space at 778 St. Andrews Road to Waffle House.
• Tommy Tapp, CPM represented Gervais Street Associates in the lease renewal of Regions Bank, located at 1010 Gervais Street.
• Tommy Tapp, CPM represented Fred Price in the lease of office space at the Price Building, located at 4015 Forest Drive, to South Carolina Matchmakers, LLC.

Greenville, SC

• Richard Barrett, MCR and Brannan Hudson represented R&J Investments in the lease of industrial space at 528 Brookshire Road to Valley Grinding and Manufacturing.
• Frank Hammond, CCIM, CPM represented Cli-bro Properties, LLC in the sale of 1.91 acres of land at 600 Buncombe Street for $2 million to Diamond Jubilee Downtown, LLC.

Spartanburg, SC

• Garrett Scott, SIOR, John Montgomery and Brockton Hall represented Naval Yards, LLC in the sale of 29.56 acres of land off Howell Road in Duncan.
