• Allen Wilkerson represented Gervais Street Associates in the lease of office space at 1411 Gervais Street to Ramey Kemp & Associates, Inc.
• Allen Wilkerson represented Gervais Street Associates in the lase of office space at 1411 Gervais Street to Black & Veatch Corporation.
• Chuck Salley, SIOR, Dave Mathews, SIOR and Thomas Beard represented Columbia Three Associates, LLC in the lease of 65,883 square feet of industrial space at 128 McQueen Street in West Columbia to Morrisette Paper, Inc.

Greenville, SC

• Garrett Scott, SIOR, John Montgomery, Brockton Hall and Chuck Salley represented Reger Holdings LLC in the lease of 100,000 square feet of industrial space at 625 S. Old Piedmont Highway to Smithfield Grain LLC.

Spartanburg, SC

• Lance Byars and Scott Burgess represented Orangetheory Fitness in the lease of retail space at 1985 E. Main Street in Spartanburg, SC.
