- Mary Winter Teaster represented the landlord in the lease renewal of approximately 5,000 square feet of office space to SC Campaign to Prevent Teen Pregnancy located at 1331 Elmwood Avenue.
- Lance Byars and Scott Burgess represented Lee Spa Nails in the lease of retail space from Martin Family Limited Partnership, L.P., located at 702 Fairview Road in Simpsonville.
- Lance Byars and Scott Burgess represented Lee Spa Nails in the lease of retail space from Publix Supermarkets, Inc., located at 5441 Platt Springs Road in Lexington.
