Columbia, SC

• Allen Wilkerson represented the buyer in the purchase of the approximately 4,381-square-foot retail property at 4429 Hardscrabble Road for $690,000.
• Rox Pollard and Taylor Wolfe represented AT&T in the lease of space at 945 Lake Murray Boulevard in Irmo from LMB Investments, LLC.
