• Crawford Prezioso represented Prez Chem in the sale of 1.32 acres of land at North Springs Road and Mill Field Road for $150,000 to City Gas and Fuel.
• Danny Bonds and Taylor Wolfe represented Forest Village Partnership in the lease of retail space at Forest Village shopping center for Railey Running Two, Inc.
• Henry Roe and Allen Wilkerson represented Albany Road – 1333 Main LLC in the lease renewal at 1333 Main Street for Dovetail Insurance Corp.

Greenville, SC

• Brantley Anderson and Taylor Allen, CCIM represented Welltower Inc. in the lease of office space for Carolinas Center for Advanced Management of Pain at 10 Enterprise Boulevard.
• Brantley Anderson and Taylor Allen, CCIM represented Anyone Home, Inc. in the 10,500-square-foot sublease for WG Yates & Sons Construction Company at 750 Brookfield Parkway.

Spartanburg, SC

• Richard Barrett, MCR, Brannan Hudson, Garrett Scott, SIOR, John Montgomery and Brockton Hall represented Kinney Hill Associates in the lease of 11,300 square feet of space for EPSI at 120 Corporate Drive.
