• Mark Erickson, SIOR represented NasonCare, LLC in the leasing of 8,064 square feet of office space at 2233 Northwoods Boulevard in North Charleston.

Columbia, SC

• Chuck Salley, SIOR, Dave Mathews, SIOR and Thomas Beard represented Commercial Property Associates in the lease of 25,000-square-feet of industrial space at 130 Cort Road to Tellworks Communications, LLC.

Greenville, SC

• Scott Burgess and Lance Byars represented FPWL5SEQ, LLC in the sale of 1.1 acres of land at 1411 Floyd Baker Boulevard in Gaffney to Empress Wash Holdings, LLC.
• Scott Burgess, Lance Byars and Hector Mendoza represented New Market Fairview, LLC in the 3,475-square-foot lease of retail space at 655 Fairview Road in Simpsonville.

Spartanburg, SC

• Garrett Scott, SIOR, John Montgomery and Brockton Hall represented Pelzer Pointe, Inc. in the sale of 32.5 acres on Auction Drive in Pelzer to Rooker Properties.
• Garrett Scott, SIOR, John Montgomery, Brockton Hall and Ralph Settle represented 151 W. Main, LLC in the purchase of a 3,250-square-foot building at 151 W. Main Street.
