Colliers International facilitates sale of office building on Lexington’s growing Main Street

Colliers International | South Carolina’s Mary Winter Teaster represented the landlord, 220 Main Lexington, LLC, in the sale of a 3,800-square-foot office building located at 220 East Main Street in downtown Lexington, SC.
“This sale is just one example of the continued boom of commercial activity along Main Street in downtown Lexington. Main Street in Lexington continues to see new businesses locate on this vibrant, walkable area,” said Teaster, Senior Brokerage Associate.
