Colliers International Named Exclusive Leasing and Property Management Agent for 440,000 Square Feet of Office Space in Columbia

COLUMBIA, SC – Colliers International has been named the exclusive leasing and property management agent for the Congaree, Converse, Santee and Winthrop buildings located in Synergy Business Park and Stephenson Center located on Gracern Road in Columbia, South Carolina. Henry Roe, Senior Brokerage Associate, and Allen Wilkerson, Brokerage Associate, will serve as the portfolio leasing agents. Kim Butler, CPM, Senior Property Manager will lead the property management initiatives and oversee the management team.
