Colliers International Negotiates 163,250 Square Foot Expansion for Interstate Container, LLC

COLUMBIA, SC – May 7, 2014 – Colliers International’s Chuck Salley, SIOR and Dave Mathews, SIOR negotiated a 163,250 square foot expansion for Interstate Container, LLC, at 3601 Sunset Boulevard. 3601 Sunset Boulevard is a Class-A distribution facility located in West Columbia with proximity to I-20 and I-26. Salley and Mathews are the leasing agents for the facility.
