Colliers International represents Cumming in finding the construction management firm’s new home at 720 Lady Street

Colliers International’s Mary Winter Teaster represented the tenant, Cumming, in the lease for 5,476 square feet of office space at 720 Lady Street. The new office space is part of a larger effort by the international construction project management and cost consulting company to continue to grow its longstanding presence in the Columbia market.
Cumming is a construction services consultancy that specializes in the commercial, hospitality, retail, entertainment, education, healthcare and high-end residential sectors. Rapidly growing in the past two decades since its founding, Cumming now has more than 450 team member, and has worked on projects worldwide with a collective value in excess of $150 billion.
“It was a pleasure to work with dynamic local leadership, Brian Blatt (Managing Principal) and Jeff Holstein (Executive Vice President), in this very strategic company relocation,” said Teaster.
Teaster, a Senior Brokerage Associate, specializes in commercial office properties, assisting owners and users in acquiring or disposition of space.
