Colliers International represents landlord in lease at 441 Industrial Drive to HandPicked

Colliers International | South Carolina’s Mary Winter Teaster represented US Coating Company Carolina in the lease of office space at 441 Industrial Drive to HandPicked, Inc. HandPicked is a highly recognized boutique with an array of jewelry designed exclusively by their in-house team. The 441 Industrial Drive location will house the administrative headquarters for HandPicked.
