Colliers International represents seller in $1.340 million sale of industrial warehouse in downtown Columbia

Colliers International | South Carolina’s Chuck Salley, SIOR, Dave Mathews, SIOR and Thomas Beard represented the seller, L W Investments LLC, in the $1.340 million sale of 728 Vine Street to Best Supply Properties, LLC.

728 Vine Street is a 40,000-square-foot industrial warehouse on approximately 2.7 acres located near Bluff Road in downtown Columbia. It is situated along the CSX rail line and offers convenient access to three major interstates: I-77, I-26 and I-20. The Columbia Metropolitan Airport and UPS Air & Ground Hub are only 20 minutes away. Two international airports, Charlotte Douglas and Charleston, are only an hour drive from the site.
