Colliers International represents Womble Carlyle with new office space in 1221 Main Street building

Colliers International South Carolina’s Philip Vann represented Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, LLP in the sublease of 8,760 square feet of office space in 1221 Main. The sublease allows Womble Carlyle, which specializes in a wide range of legal services, to relocate its practice to the prominent Main Street office tower in Columbia.
“This kind of sublease is ideal for Womble Carlyle, as they can access downtown office space they wouldn’t have otherwise been able to,” said Vann, a Brokerage Associate with Colliers International who specializes in tenant advisory services. “We were thrilled to help them find high-quality space despite Columbia’s very tight downtown office market.”
Vann is a member of the Carolina’s Office Brokerage team.
