Colliers International welcomes Brian Maley as Building Engineer to Real Estate Management Services Team

CHARLESTON, SC – Colliers International is pleased to announce that Brian Maley has joined our Real Estate Management Services Team as Building Engineer.
Maley brings over a decade of experience and knowledge in the operation and maintenance of commercial and residential properties, including office and multifamily buildings. As Building Engineer, he is responsible for complete building operation procedures, oversight of contracted vendors, and routine maintenance & repair functions throughout the Charleston real estate management portfolio.
Colliers International, an IREM Accredited Management Organization, is the largest manager of commercial property in South Carolina with offices located in Charleston, Columbia and Greenville. Colliers employs 17 property managers and 12 support personnel, with an average of over 16 years’ real estate management experience, and 27 maintenance technicians.
