Colliers International welcomes CoStar Power Broker Mark Erickson to expanding Charleston office

Mark Erickson, SIOR, a brokerage professional with experience in tenant and landlord representation, has joined the Charleston office of Colliers International | South Carolina as an industrial and office specialist. Erickson, who has been named Vice President in Charleston, joins Market President Jim Garrett and office specialist Kristie Roe as the statewide firm builds its presence in the Charleston market.

A graduate of the University of Georgia, Erickson has worked in commercial real estate for decades, beginning in commercial property management and development in Atlanta for over fifteen years before moving to Charleston. He holds the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR) designation and is a candidate for a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Erickson has consistently received recognitions and distinctions in his career, including being named a CoStar Power Broker; receiving the 2016, 2017 and 2018 Charleston’s Realtor of Distinction | Commercial Circle award; winning a Commercial Investment Division (CID) scholarship; and being named the top sales associate for his former firm for five consecutive years.
