Colliers International’s flex/industrial brokers bring Forrester Park to 100 percent leased

By leasing the last available unit in Forrester Park to ARC Drilling, LLC, the Colliers International flex/industrial brokerage team of Richard Barrett, MCR and Brannan Hudson have brought the industrial park to 100 percent occupied. The team was able to secure a tenant before the previous lease had ended with a long-term deal at a market rate.
Barrett and Hudson represented the landlord, SunCap Property Group, in the lease of 22,534 square feet to ARC Drilling, LLC, a family-owned company and leading provider of EDM manufacturing services.

Forrester Park is a 236,800-square-foot business distribution and light manufacturing center located at 201 Forrester Drive, near the intersection of Laurens Road / Highway 276 and Forrester Drive in Greenville. Other tenants include Safelite, GexPro, Woodward and United Performance Metals.
