Colliers International’s office brokerage team members Brantley Anderson, CCIM, Taylor Allen, SIOR CCIM and Bailey Tollison represented Caprocq Greenville, LLC in leasing over 19,000 square feet at the Wells Fargo Center in Downtown Greenville to four new tenants: Evans General Contractors, Insight Global, HDR Engineering and Hurley Law PA.
In addition to providing landlord services, the team represented tenants Insight Global and Hurley Law PA. With these transactions, Anderson, Allen and Tollison have brought the Wells Fargo Center to 96% occupancy.

While Evans General Contractors, HDR Engineering and Hurley Law PA are all relocating from elsewhere in the downtown area, Insight Global is a new-to-market tenant. The industry-leading staffing agency is based in Atlanta, GA with 57 offices worldwide.
