Ryan McCue represented the buyer in the purchase of a 324-acre timberland tract in Eastover, SC from Noe Hunting & Timber LLC.
“Timing with this transaction was everything,” said Ryan McCue, a Brokerage Associate with Colliers International | South Carolina. “Oftentimes rural land tracts check multiple boxes by offering owners recreational uses and an investment opportunity. By understanding the investment side of this tract in Eastover, we knew that it was the perfect time to make an offer to acquire this off-market parcel. The timber had recently been clear cut, and we recognized that the current owner was facing an immediate capital expenditure if he was to replant.”
