Colliers leases ±2,200 square feet of commercial space to Goodwill Industries

Colliers | South Carolina’s Rox Pollard, Rox Pollard III and John Gressette assisted in the leasing of a ±2,200-square-foot commercial space to Goodwill Industries of the Upstate/Midlands SC. The leased space is located within Millwood Plaza, a well-positioned neighborhood strip center at 2627 Millwood Avenue in Columbia, South Carolina. Goodwill Industries plans to use this new location as an attended donation center for the community.
