Colliers leases 1021 George Rogers Boulevard to Brickhouse Gym

Crawford Prezioso, Thomas Beard, SIOR and John Peebles, SIOR represented SRAN, LLC in the lease of a 32,512-square-foot building at 1021 George Rogers Boulevard in Columbia to Brickhouse Gym.
1021 George Rogers Boulevard is an existing warehouse that will be converted into gym space including group class studios and locker rooms.
Brickhouse Gym is a one-of-a-kind, individually owned and operated facility located in Downtown Columbia. For 20 years and counting, Brickhouse continues to provide the perfect training atmosphere for everything from the most extreme workouts to workouts that cater to those just wanting to stay healthy. Brickhouse will be moving from its current 519 Huger Street location to the new George Rogers Boulevard location to allow the gym to serve more members with an improved facility that is three times the size.
“Brickhouse Gym was interested in the property, but parking was limited and didn’t meet its requirement to cover enough spaces for its gym members,” said Prezioso. “We were able to negotiate with the owner of the property next door to obtain the required 100 parking spaces that Brickhouse needed.”
