Colliers leases 227 Trade Court in Aiken to Energreen America

Chuck Salley, SIOR, Dave Mathews, SIOR, Thomas Beard, SIOR and John Peebles, SIOR represented Adams Property Group in the lease of a 72,000-square-foot industrial building at 227 Trade Court in Aiken to Energreen America.

The company will use 227 Trade Court for warehousing and distribution of its products.
