Colliers promotes Amber Scharp to Property Accountant

Colliers | South Carolina announced Amber Scharp has been promoted to Property Accountant with the firm’s Real Estate Management Services (REMS) team in Columbia.
In her new role, Scharp will prepare financial statements, reconcile accounts, calculate management fees and ensure obligations like vendor payments and owner distributions are met on time. She will also serve as a key resource for property management staff and their clients.

Scharp graduated with honors from South Carolina Connections Academy in 2021. Prior to joining Colliers, she worked as a sales associate, gaining experience in cash handling, training, communication and operations.
