Colliers promotes Drake Scott to Senior Brokerage Associate in Spartanburg

Colliers | South Carolina announced that Drake Scott has been promoted to Senior Brokerage Associate.
Scott is based in Colliers’ Spartanburg office and specializes in industrial and flex properties, representing both tenants and landlords, as well as advising clients on the purchase and sale of land. As a Greenville native and current Cherokee County resident, combined with his previous experience in economic development, Scott provides a unique perspective on the local dynamics that influence industrial site selection, tenancy and incentive and governmental processes.

Prior to joining Colliers, Scott served as the Main Street Director for the City of Gaffney, where he worked to build relationships with local businesses and advance key economic development initiatives. In 2025, he was the recipient of the Colliers | South Carolina Rising Star Award. He currently serves on the South Carolina State Workforce Development Board, contributing to statewide workforce strategy and development efforts. Additionally, he serves as Secretary of the Cherokee National Golf Club in Gaffney. Scott graduated from the University of South Carolina Upstate with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, with a focus on urban development and city planning.
