Colliers promotes Ryan McCue to Vice President in Columbia

Colliers | South Carolina announced that Ryan McCue has been promoted to Vice President.
McCue is based in Colliers’ Columbia office and specializes in the sale of land properties for development, recreational use and timber production, working with various groups of clients from investors to tract home builders, industrial users, developers and recreational users. He specializes in transitional land tracts positioned for growth and has built a strong track record in identifying and securing off-market opportunities.

McCue was the recipient of the Colliers | South Carolina Top Producers Award in 2024 and the Rising Star Award in 2020. In 2021, he obtained the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation from the REALTORS® Land Institute, the only land-specific designation backed by the National Association of REALTORS®, which requires a proven track record of transaction performance in land to qualify. He has been recognized by the Central Carolinas REALTORS® Association, receiving the Commercial Circle of Excellence Gold Award in 2024, Silver Award in 2023 and 2021 and Bronze Award in 2020.
He currently serves on the Congaree Land Trust Board of Directors, contributing to conserving natural and scenic lands in central South Carolina. Additionally, he previously served as a Past President of the Columbia East Rotary Club and a past committee member of Columbia Ducks Unlimited. Prior to joining Colliers, he worked in sourcing and selling steel and exotic alloys. McCue graduated from Clemson University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management with a minor in forest resource management.
