Colliers represents Ascent Total Performance in the lease of retail space on Spears Creek Church Road in Elgin

Colliers | South Carolina’s Rox Pollard and John Gressette represented Ascent Total Performance (ATP) in the leasing of ±1,450 square feet of retail space at 550 Spears Creek Church Road in Elgin, SC.
“We are pleased to represent the tenant, Ascent Total Performance, in this lease and we are excited for our client to expand its area of service to the high-growth market of Northeast Columbia,” said Gressette.
Ascent Total Performance is a physical therapy practice that creates unique, tailor-made recovery plans that cater specifically to its client’s needs and conditions. ATP currently has a location on Millwood Avenue in Columbia and the Spears Creek Road location will serve as a second office.

Pollard is a Vice President and Director of Retail Services at Colliers specializing in the sale, leasing and development consultation of retail properties across the state. Gressette is a Brokerage Associate working with tenants, landlords, sellers and purchasers to lease, purchase and sell retail properties of all sizes.
