Colliers represents M2 Pepperdam, LLC in the sale of a 14,500-square-foot warehouse on 2.7 acres

Colliers | South Carolina industrial brokers Mark Erickson, SIOR and Jarred Watts represented M2 Pepperdam, LLC in the sale of ±2.7 acres of land featuring a ±14,500-square-foot warehouse at 7275 Pepperdam Avenue in North Charleston to Piedmont Pepperdam Investments LLC.
M2 Pepperdam LLC is a privately held investment group focused on industrial assets in the Lowcountry region of South Carolina.
The property is located off Ashley Phosphate Road in North Charleston and can easily be accessed from I-26 and Dorchester Road.
“Our client initially purchased the property to expand their footprint in the area. Because of the high demand for properties ranging from 10,000 to 35,000 square feet and very little inventory to support such demand, our client understood the opportunity they had before them,” said Erickson, Vice President with Colliers | South Carolina. “After the initial purchase, the property was divided into two parcels, allowing our client to keep the land they needed for their investment and sell the ±14,500-square-foot warehouse and remaining land.”
