Colliers represents the seller and buyer in sale of office building in Old Shandon neighborhood for the new location of Brandon Davidson Interiors

Colliers | South Carolina’s Mary Winter Teaster and Sydney Lanham represented the seller (2725 Cypress Holdings LLC) and buyer (Brandon Davidson Interiors) in the sale of 2725 Cypress Street, a 1,830-square-foot office building located just off the Millwood Avenue and Devine Street corridors in the Old Shandon neighborhood.
Brandon Davidson Interiors, a prominent Columbia interior design company founded by Brandon Davidson Shives in 1999, has recently completed the renovation of the building to serve as its office.
