Colliers retail lease on King Street

Elyse Chubb Welch, CCIM and John Orr, CCIM of Colliers International Charleston represented the Seller of 556 King Street, which is part of the Midtown Development on Upper King Street to 556 King Street, LLC.
The property was purchased by two local residents who will be opening and operating Drybar. Drybar is a “blow dry bar” concept created around a very simple idea: No cuts. No color. Just blowouts! The purchaser was represented by Leslie Turner of Handsome Properties.
