Colliers | South Carolina leases 55,000 square feet of warehouse space to Elara Foodservice Disposables, LLC

Colliers | South Carolina industrial brokers Mark Erickson, SIOR and Jarred Watts represented McQueen Distribution, LLC in the leasing of approximately 55,000 square feet of warehouse space at 450 International Circle in Summerville to Elara Foodservice Disposables, LLC.
The facility, known as McQueen Distribution Center, is situated within the Charleston I-26 industrial corridor, which has emerged as a prominent hub for industrial activities. It is located two miles from I-26, 20 miles from the Hugh Leatherman Terminal and within 30 miles of all other Port of Charleston terminals. Its strategic positioning makes it a highly coveted property for third-party logistics providers as well as manufacturing and distribution enterprises. The property was completed in July 2023 by a private developer and is 80% leased.
